This was just a storage room where the Tippu sultan's army kept all kinds of ammunition and stuff. That hardly interests me. What was interesting was this building itself. This is one of the very few structures left that has been constructed using a particular technique called 'vajragaare' what that exactly means is that the binding material here used instead of cement is a mixture of egg white, jaggery and sunna. cool eh? and its pretty strong to have lasted hundreds of years! But the very harmonal, love struck, bollywood inspired youth of today rather just carve hearts and declare their love on this! Exactly what tippu intended when he bulit this i am sure!!
